Shipping Information
- Order Processing: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within a standard business timeframe.
- Multiple Shipments: Please note that items from the same order may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
- Stock Availability: In the rare event an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified promptly with an updated shipment timeline.
- International Orders: We are pleased to ship to many international destinations. For specific inquiries regarding your country, please contact us.
- Shipping Address: We require a physical street address for all deliveries and cannot ship to P.O. or APO boxes at this time.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to our fast processing system, we are often unable to cancel orders for in-stock items once the order has been submitted. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item with damage from transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos so we can quickly arrange a solution. For concerns about a potential manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with images for our review. Please note that natural variations in materials are part of the unique character of our handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible merchandise in its original, unused condition with all packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method.
To Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Please contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without this number.
- Include your order number, item details, and the reason for the return in your request.
- Follow the provided instructions to send the item back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. For exchanges, once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship your new selection to you.
Important Notes:
- A processing fee may be applied to returns that are sent without an RMA number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, while we cover the shipping for your exchanged item.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
Price Adjustments
We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price items if a sale begins within 24 hours of your original purchase date. Items purchased with a promotion code or other discount are not eligible for adjustment.
